Over the years, I’ve worked on a variety of projects and grown into different roles. Today, as a Senior Consultant, I take on coordination and project leadership – a natural next step in such an encouraging environment.

Coming from a psychology background, I was curious to see how I’d fit into the world of HR-IT. Was I “tech-savvy” enough to thrive amidst complex projects?

At b|c, I quickly understood that beyond tech-savviness, what it comes down to are structure, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to tackle diverse and challenging client needs (where certain psychological skills do come in handy).

And although these characteristics can make me the best consultant version of myself, no personal development would happen without our internal support environment. Those spontaneous sparring calls, scheduled knowledge transfer sessions, and 1:1 guidance by experienced professionals led me to where I am today: In a position where I am client-facing, owning my deliverables, and actively helping move our company forward.
